Dedicated as the Commercial Revitalization District to initiate investment in the neighborhood – Ensley Park is long due to being redesigned and redeveloped keeping in mind its strong roots in the forefront.

The proposed development by SHAPE included suggestions for developing Ensley Park as a mix-use district as a transit-oriented development. Keeping in mind the core values of inclusivity, innovation, and history in the forefront – we proposed to conserve the historic Ramsay McCormick building – making it the highlight of the vibrant proposed district which includes 600 units of housing, office – commercial spaces, retail spaces and most importantly accessible and inclusive public – green spaces. .
