The office of SHAPE worked very closely with the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Community creating this Master Plan. The New Mercedez Benz Stadium played a major position as an addition to the City of Atlanta and the world of sports.

The Castleberry Hill Community feared that the new stadium would create a number of problems and concerns that would include but not be limited to the following: I. Traffic/ congestion. II. Parking, III. Lack of business opportunities for development IV. Negative impacts on the quality of life for the area Our proposed Master Plan helped to define entry points for the area, possible locations for shared parking, and areas for development. One of the first projects to be implemented from this study include 50 townhouses in which SHAPE role is that of the lead architect
